The SAPPHIRE GearBox Thunderbolt™ 3 External PCI-Express enclosure boosts the performance and future proofs laptops and Mini PCs by upgrading the GPU capability and other PCI-Express devices. It features a lightning quick 40Gbps Thunderbolt™ 3 (USB Type-C) connecting interface that handles various types of data as well as charge a Thunderbolt™ 3 configured laptop.  The SAPPHIRE GearBox supports a PCIe x16 interface for single and dual slot graphics cards to offload GPU processing away from the laptop or other PCI-Express devices enhancing the capability of the laptop. In addition to boosting graphics capability, you can integrate various PCI-Express devices to enhance the functionality of a laptop or Mini PC. Its robust 500W internal power supply drives the best graphics cards or PCI-Express devices available on market. Connectivity is handled by 2 x USB 3.0 outputs for devices such as external drives, and a dedicated Ethernet for fast online performance.
